Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Patagia Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your athletic and casual wear purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Graphic T-Shirts (if the packaging seal is broken)
- Workout Tank Tops (if the hygiene strip is removed)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at: Patagia Clothing Shop Returns

Albuquerque, US 87107 - Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received
Refund timing:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
